FITBARK.COM RETURN POLICY

Note: This policy applies to all physical products purchased on the FitBark Online Store.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from fitbark.com for any reason, we are here to help. If you purchased a FitBark product from an authorized retailer, please refer to their return policy. We are unable to refund any purchase not made directly through fitbark.com.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please reach out with your order number from the Support Chat in our mobile and web apps.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 calendar days (holiday purchases between November 1st and December 31st are returnable through January 31st)
  • The product isn’t physically broken or damaged
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You include all accessories, manuals and documentation included in the original packaging
  • You include the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return or may be subject to a restocking fee that is entirely at our discretion. Handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g. state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.

Shipping

If you live in the United States, we will send you a prepaid label that covers the shipping fees. If you live overseas, you are responsible for and must pre-pay all shipping charges to the address specified by us. You shall assume risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us.

Exclusions

Please note that gift cards are non-refundable, and that protections plans have a separate cancellation policy (please refer to the plan’s product page).

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately from the Support Chat in our mobile and web apps.

SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY

Note: This policy applies to the FitBark GPS only, regardless of whether the device was purchased on fitbark.com or through an authorized reseller.

The FitBark GPS requires a prepaid subscription

The FitBark GPS can only be activated by purchasing a subscription in the FitBark mobile app. Payment for the billing period selected is due at activation via debit or credit card.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions

If for any reason FitBark GPS is not for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of signing up in our apps. This is for new accounts only and does not apply to users re-subscribing after canceling their subscription. There are no fees associated with our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Cancel after 30 days and you won’t be charged again

Once you cancel your subscription, future payments to us will stop. We do not offer partial refunds on any of our plans. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to use your FitBark GPS until you start a new subscription.

Pause and reactivate at any time without any dormancy fees

Without an active subscription, you will only be able to review health historical data, but not to sync new data or locate your dog. There are no additional fees to reactivate a dormant dog account.

Promotion codes are not refundable

Promotion codes cannot be refunded or transferred.
