If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from for any reason, we are here to help. If you purchased a FitBark product from an authorized retailer, please refer to their return policy. We are unable to refund any purchase not made directly through

Our products can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please reach out with your order number from the Support Chat in our mobile and web apps.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 60 calendar days
  • The product isn’t physically broken or damaged
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You include all accessories, manuals and documentation included in the original packaging
  • You include the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return or may be subject to a restocking fee that is entirely at our discretion. Handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g. state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. If you live in the United States, we will send you a prepaid label that covers the shipping fees. If you live overseas, you are responsible for and must pre-pay all shipping charges and you shall assume risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us.
