How can I verify that my Wi-Fi Base Station is working?

  • Make sure you have a (charged) FitBark next to the Wi-Fi Base Station
  • Close the FitBark Mobile App
  • Turn Bluetooth off on your iOS or Android mobile device
  • Wait 10 minutes, then open the FitBark Mobile App
  • Confirm that the “Last Fetched” time for that dog is within the last 2-4 minutes
