How do I reset or change my user password?

  • Logout from the FitBark Mobile App (at the bottom of the main menu)
  • Tap “Sign Into Account”
  • Insert your email
  • Tap “Forgot your password?”

If an account with this email address exists, we’ll send an email link to reset your password. If this doesn’t work, please get in touch from the Support Chat in our mobile and web apps and we’ll be happy to help.
