I’m not receiving any notifications on my mobile device. Now what?

You should regularly receive notifications such as “goal reached” or “less active than usual” for the dogs you’re an owner of. You should also receive notifications for journal posts.

Please note that notifications are only sent to the last iOS or Android mobile device where you logged in with your FitBark user account.

If you are not receiving any notifications, please:

  • Go to your mobile device’s settings and make sure that notifications are enabled for the FitBark mobile app
  • Select “Logout” from the FitBark mobile app (at the bottom of the main menu)
  • Log back into the FitBark mobile app
