Chances are that the rubber cap at the back of the unit wasn’t correctly closed and some water got in. But don’t worry – your unit is still likely functional. Please try this:
- Fully open the rubber cap
- Place your FitBark in a bag (or a bowl) of dry rice
- This should extract any moisture that may have remained inside the FitBark
- Wait 24 hours
- Power the FitBark via the micro USB cable provided
